2. Purpose: Our non-profit organization is designed to meet you where you are and cultivate an environment where you can encounter Jesus and His presence. All activities will align with our mission to serve the community and promote the expansion of God’s Kingdom and discipleship of His people to experience the freedom Jesus died for.
3. Eligibility: Participation in our programs and services is open to any individual wanting to host an event, give their lives to the Lord, receive water and/or Holy Spirit baptism, receive prayer, and learn more about finding and furthering their relationship with the Lord. We reserve the right to deny access or participation to those not meeting these criteria.
4. Donations All donations made to God’s Farm Corporation are non-refundable. Donations will be used in accordance with our mission, and donors can request specific project allocations, which will be honored as feasible.
5. Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. Harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and destruction of property will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property.
6. Intellectual Property: All content created by the organization, including logos, website content, and materials, is the intellectual property of God’s Farm Corporation. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability: God’s Farm Corporation will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our services.
8. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels and effective immediately upon posting.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alabama. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Cullman County.
